The 2026 Conference is taking place Thursday, February 12 at Mohegan Pennsylvania Casino in Wilkes-Barre, PA. 

We are excited to host turfgrass professionals from across the state of Pennsylvania and surrounding areas and provide educational seminars and networking opportunities with our generous exhibitors and sponsors.

We invite all suppliers to attend, exhibit and sponsor at the conference! Registration will open October 2025.

Exhibitor Early Registration: $400
Early registration ends Jan. 13. Each table top exhibit space includes 2 registrations. Additional booth personnel can be added for $75 per person. 

Exhibitor Regular Registration: $450
Registration closes Jan. 30. Each table top exhibit space includes 2 registrations. Additional booth personnel can be added for $75 per person. 

Additional Table Tops: 
Early registration: $400 per table
Regular registration: $450 per table

Additional Booth Personnel: $75 per person

Sponsorships: Please view the Exhibitor/Sponsor Kit for details about our sponsorship levels. Sponsorships are not included with the Trade Show table top display. Companies can sponsor without being involved with the Trade Show. A conference registration is not included if only the sponsorship package is selected.
